Shipping & Returns Policy

Please ensure you have read this policy in full before purchasing from our site. We will assume by completing a purchase, you have read and agreed to all terms mentioned in this policy.

 
All orders over $100 require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH. If it does not match, unfortunately we will cancel your order immediately. For your protection, certain order values will require an ID verification. This information is obtained 100% confidentially. Orders over $100 will be given an complimentary signature release service to ensure delivery. 
 
PROCESSING/SHIPPING INFORMATION
 
Processing times is the time we’re awaiting your payment to clear. It is also the time we may use to receive your item(s) from our trusted vendors. Once received, we are inspecting it for the quality that’s up to our standards. If we have any issues, we will send the item(s) back and request new items. We want the best for you! 
Please only contact us regarding your order processing timeframes if we somehow go over our stated processing times listed below. Otherwise, please read the processing times listed here.
 
SHIPPING TIMES: (THIS TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING)
    • 1-3 business days for U.S orders. Business days are Monday-Friday.
    • 6-10 business days for international orders. Business days are Monday-Friday
    • THE CURRENT PANDEMIC MAY CAUSE SMALL DELAYS IN SHIPPING. PLEASE REMAIN PATIENT AS YOUR LOCAL CARRIERS ARE WORKING AS HARD AS THEY CAN. THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND RECEIVING HIGHER THAN USUAL SHIPMENTS DUE TO A GLOBAL INCREASE IN ONLINE ORDERS.)
REFUNDS/RETURNS/ORDER CANCELLATIONS
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges will not be issued.
    • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately domdazehair@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date. No cancellations will be accepted after that timeframe and your order will be processed accordingly. Cancelled orders will have a $25 restocking fee.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES/ADDRESS ISSUES
  • Dom Daze Hair is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All Packages come with a Tracking number. Please track your package every day up until the expected arrival times that are displayed to ensure it’s received.
  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via USPS.com
  • Inaccurate addresses may be returned to us. Please double check your information when checking out. Should your order be sent back, additional shipping expenses will need to be paid by you for your item to be shipped back out. Should your item be shipped back to us and refuse to pay additional shipping, you will only be issued a store credit minus shipping costs for your order.
 
FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS:
In the event of any fraudulent charges/dishonest chargebacks, customer will be subject to a law enforced hearing upon company losing funds or product. Customer will be contacted via shipping address in such case.
